Process Overview Monitor

A menu bar monitor for Macs running AI builds. It shows which project, test run or Claude session is eating your memory and CPU, and lets you stop the right thing without guessing.

See what your AI tools are doing on your Mac

S1 is a menu bar app that brings your AI sessions and test runs together with the Mac resources they’re using. See memory and CPU at a glance, with the last 30 minutes underneath. If memory pressure rises or CPU stays above 85% for a minute, S1 turns red. No pop-ups.

Find the session behind the activity

See Claude sessions by title, with their project, memory and CPU use, and whether they’re working or waiting. Playwright and Puppeteer browsers appear under the test run that started them, so a pile of Chrome processes is easy to make sense of. Other coding agents like Codex and Cursor’s agent, and local model servers, appear in the same view.

Clean up work that’s been left running

S1 finds browsers and servers left behind after a session ends. Before anything stops, it shows you exactly what will stop and checks that the process is still the same one. For a run a Claude session started, open its chat and ask it to stop. For other agents, open the project folder and decide what to do.
